Description
Since the late 1990s, the car has primarily been used as a summer vehicle, driven approximately 1,000–2,000 km per year and always properly stored in a garage during winter. It has been regularly inspected and serviced by a local dealer, with worn parts replaced as needed. Recent maintenance includes a new clutch fitted two years ago, along with routine oil and fluid changes and spark plug checks carried out every two years.
The car has just passed a new inspection in March this year, valid until 2027-03-31, and is fully ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.
Overall, the car presents very well, with strong bodywork and notably free from the common rust issues around the doors. The underbody is exceptionally clean, clearly reflecting careful storage and minimal winter use. Included with the car are older inspection reports, along with the original service book and handbook. It also comes with the plastic covers fitted when the roof is folded down.
Technical data
Condition
-
Mechanical condition
The car starts immediately, and the engine runs well with no unusual noises. On test drive, it performs strongly with good turbo boost, stable handling, smooth gear changes, and solid brakes all round. It sits on a clean set of alloy wheels with good tyres. No warning lights are present while driving, and all electrics function as they should — including windows, mirrors, roof, radio cassette, and the electric aerial.
-
Interior condition
Clean and tidy interior finished in beige leather, in very good condition with only light wear to the driver’s bolster. The rear seats appear hardly used. Door cards are in good order, with minor wear on the driver’s side panel.
The dashboard is in good condition with no cracks, and all instruments function as they should. Noted are a missing joystick cover for the driver’s mirror control and a small bubble under the glovebox trim — typical for these models.
Carpets are in good condition, with a few marks on the centre console textile cover. The boot area is clean and tidy and includes the original plastic roof cover. -
Exterior condition
Very presentable car with straight bodywork, no damage, and no notable rust issues — especially around the doors. The underbody is exceptionally clean, showing no structural rust or damage, just light surface corrosion around the jacking point brackets.
The paintwork is clean and tidy overall, with only a few minor marks and stone chips. The plastic around the rear bumper shows some wear to the clear coat (see pictures), and the plastic trim around the wheel arches is slightly worn. The chrome insert in the front bumper has lifted slightly in the left corner.
The cabriolet roof has had a few small repairs in places but is not leaking and functions as it should. It can be used as-is or replaced if desired. -
General condition
A well-kept car with long-term ownership that drives nicely and is ready to be enjoyed straight away this summer.
