There is an opportunity here to acquire one of the few remaining Saab 9-3 Turbo X Sport Combi models with a manual transmission. According to available information, only around 250 examples were produced with this drivetrain, out of a total production of 2,223 cars, making it a highly desirable model among Saab enthusiasts and collectors.
This example is presented in excellent, well-maintained condition. Over the years, a few minor areas of rust have been professionally repaired by a workshop, helping to preserve the car's overall condition. The service book is complete and fully stamped by authorized Saab service centers, and supporting documentation, including workshop invoices and receipts, is included.
During the last 40,000 km (approximately 25,000 miles), the car has received continuous maintenance and servicing. The engine and drivetrain perform well, and the car feels stable and composed on the road. The brakes operate smoothly and evenly, with no tendency to pull to either side. All other vehicle systems function as intended, including the air conditioning.

The interior is in excellent, well-maintained condition. There is a small stain on the driver's seat (see photos), but it does not detract from the overall impression. One small trim piece is missing from the center console (see photos).

The Saab 9-3 Turbo X is a special anniversary edition introduced for the 2008 model year to celebrate 30 years of Saab Turbo. It was originally planned as a limited production run of 2,000 cars, although according to available information, a total of 2,081 were ultimately built. The model was offered in both Sport Sedan and SportCombi body styles, with either a manual or automatic transmission. All Turbo X models featured self-leveling rear suspension and an exclusive Jet Black Metallic paint finish. The original list price in Sweden was SEK 409,900. According to available information, only around 125 SportCombi models were produced with the six-speed manual transmission.
Performance was equally impressive, with 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) in 5.7 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
Vi Bilägare magazine wrote in its 2008 road test:
“We put it through an emergency lane-change test, slalom, tight hairpins, and high-speed sweepers. The Turbo X holds its line like a true racing car. The all-wheel-drive system makes the car astonishingly stable.”

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
