Description
The car is in good condition, according to the owner. In its first 15-20 years, it was used as a daily driver. The meter is currently at 14131 km, but we estimate that it has gone around, resulting in a total distance of 214131 km. The car's most recent owner (from 2008) has only used it as a summer car on the small roads around southern stergötland.
In connection with the first inspection following the purchase, the owner chose to repair the rust damage that was present; it was done by a knowledgeable person and has held up very well.
According to previous owners' information, the car was only driven in Norrland for the first 20 years.

Mechanical condition
The owner has performed an annual service and has received assistance from a mechanic to repair minor issues that are required for the car to be roadworthy. The brake values were improved during the last inspection and received fully approval, as stated in the inspection protocol.

Interior condition
Two years ago, the owner purchased new seat covers from the VW Historical Club to protect the driver's upholstery, which was a little worn but still perfectly fine. According to the owner, all instruments are operational. The car radio was missing when it was purchased in 2008, and the owner has chosen not to replace it.

Exterior condition
The owner keeps it in a garage during the winter and has it covered during the summer. The paint on some parts of the car is dull, but it is otherwise in good condition. In connection with the rust improvement in 2009, the owner repaired an old bodywork damage on one of the front wing, and the wing was then painted in the original color Sumatragrön. The rubber strips around the windows are original and have dried in places. A polishing and waxing would suffice.

General condition
Throughout the years that the current owner has owned the car, he has prioritized road safety. Annual service, oil changes, and minor repairs to keep the car in good driving condition. The last seven inspections have gone off without a hitch, and the car has been approved in its entirety. It appears to be a receipt indicating that the owner had a good mechanic who assisted with car maintenance. Waxing and polishing can improve the appearance. It's a fun car to care for and drive.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
