Description
There have been 5 registered owners, including car dealers, since the car was new. The current odometer reading is 84410 km. We are not sure if it is accurate. However, we do know that the car has not been used in the past 27 years. So out of its 43 years of existence, it has only been used for 16 years. The original instruction book is missing. Spare wheel, jack, and wheel tool are included.

Mechanical condition
The car starts easily and sounds very loud. The latter is due to a hole in the front muffler. We only took a short, very limited test drive as the brakes are not working properly, and the car rolls heavily. The brakes are in need of repair. The clutch and gears seemed to work normally. A leak is leaving small marks on the ground. We had difficulty locating the leak, but judging by the smell, it may possibly be gasoline leaking when the engine is running.

Interior condition
Very nice interior. The original sport steering wheel that came with the jubilee model is still present. Seat covers have been used on the seats. The covers were removed a few weeks ago, and underneath, the seat upholstery is preserved in almost flawless condition. Please see the pictures. The thin white plastic on the B-pillars has become brittle over the years and is flaking. The interior roof lining is in good and intact condition, but there is some slight discoloration on the sunshade on the right side. Please see the pictures. Original trunk mat is also present.

Exterior condition
The car has an older repaint that has some flaws due to time. The doors have a different shade. There are rust blisters in several places, including rust damage along the edges of the body and around the jack stand mounting points. There is a dent on the right rear fender. Please refer to the pictures for more information. There is beginning rust around the shock absorber mounting points in the trunk. The special Ronal wheels for the jubilee model are in good condition. The rear bumper is slightly misaligned, as shown in the picture. The hood latch cable is broken and has been replaced with a temporary solution, which required removing the grille. (Refer to the video on how to open the hood).

General condition
A good project car for those who want to own one of the last produced Saab 96 models. There are some remarks both regarding technical aspects and rust damage on the body. The exceptionally fine interior is a significant advantage.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
