• Mechanical condition

  The car starts immediately and sounds good in both the engine and gearbox. It feels normal to drive. The odometer reading appears to be accurate based on the condition and inspection history of the car. The car was serviced in 2019 and has only been driven 200 kilometers since then. According to information, the timing belt was replaced in 2017, but the documents are missing.
  
  Please note that on these cars with the B23 engine, the pistons and valves are interference-free, so there won't be any damage if the timing belt breaks. The engine will just stop running if the timing belt fails. There is only one key available for the car.

• Interior condition

  The interior is normally well-maintained. The upholstery and door panels are intact. There are some minor cracks on top of the dashboard (as usual for these models). The headliner is completely intact and in good condition. The original Volvo radio is present but not functioning. The engine compartment and the trunk, as well as the inside of the doors and hoods, are in very good condition.

• Exterior condition

  The body is in good condition with fresh paint. The undercarriage, engine compartment, and trunk are also in very good condition. There is a scratch on the rear hatch next to the lock (see picture). There is a small blister at the front edge of the hood, on the right front, likely due to a stone chip. It should also be noted that there is a crack in the front windshield on the passenger side and a broken antenna.

• General condition

  A complete and well-maintained original car that functions as both an everyday vehicle and a hobby car for many more years. It features a slightly sportier design with the GLT/Blackline style.

• At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
• During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
