"The current owner purchased the car 17 years ago, in 2008, and has used it only lightly as a summer car for local events, always keeping it in good, usable condition."

Description

When purchased in 2008, it showed 97,005 km on the odometer. By then, it had had three previous owners: the first kept it until 1994, followed by a private owner, and finally the original selling dealer. At the time of purchase, the car was in good, solid condition, but the new owner decided to have it repainted in its original colour. Today, it still presents well inside and out. The only noticeable rust is around the lower edges of the rear wings near the spare wheel wells (see picture), along with a few small areas of orange peel in the paintwork. The interior is clean and tidy, with the only damage being on the top corner of the driver’s seat. Over the past 17 years, it has been lightly driven, always serviced, and well maintained by the owner, remaining in good running order.

Condition

  • Mechanical condition

Starts easily, with a smooth-running engine and an automatic gearbox that shifts properly. Drives well with good brakes, and is fitted with nice wheels, matching trim, and good older tyres. It has always been kept in reliable running condition and is inspection-exempt.

  • Interior condition

Interior is clean and tidy, with the only noticeable damage being on the top corner of the driver’s seat, which is easy to repair or replace. The other seats are in good condition, with just a few small marks on the rear vinyl of the passenger seat. Carpets, headliner, and door cards are all in good shape, while the dashboard and instruments are well-preserved and fully functional.

  • Exterior condition

Bodywork is straight and undamaged, apart from a slight soft dent on the boot lid and the previously mentioned rust around the lower edges of the rear wings (see pictures). A rear mudflap has recently been refitted by the owner. The paintwork is clean and tidy, with a few small areas of overspray around the door lock and under the bonnet, as well as some spots of orange peel finish in places. The underbody appears clean and solid.

  • General condition

A perfect car to drive and enjoy as it is—only the driver’s seat needs a repair or seat cover, and the rust on the rear wing is an easy fix that isn’t urgent if used as a summer car. Just hop in, turn the key, and drive it home.
