Fully renovated rear axle, completely blasted and powder-coated carrier from Spain with ALL link arms and bushings, springs, discs, pads, brake shields, handbrake components and wheel bearings.
New front axle carrier (same, powder-coated from Spain) new springs, brake discs, pads, bushings, brake shields, springs, shock absorbers (upgraded to 4-matic), upper link arms with bushings.
New level control pipes.
New radiator, water pump, coolant hoses, thermostat, coolant. New expansion tank included.
New fan resistor.
New engine mounts.
Fully renovated propeller shaft with new universal joint, support bearing and hardy discs, balanced with support bearing installed.
Serviced with engine oil, other fluids in differentials and gearbox changed a couple of years ago.
New drive belt with tensioner and idler pulley.
Fixed displays, common fault on W210.
Condenser and AC recharge.
Nearly new battery.
Has had some paint work on tailgate and lower section on a couple of doors.
Nice wheel arch trim at rear, never been rusty.
All parts are of the best possible quality, that is Mercedes original, Lemförder, Meyle or equivalent.

Mechanical condition
Good power in the engine that actually likes to rev a bit to give its best. The gearbox shifts smoothly. Drives nicely, the new parts are noticeable.

Interior condition
Fine leather interior, a refresh with some polish and cleaning would be nice. Good door panels, headliner and carpets. Practical small extra seat in the cargo area. The air conditioning blows well and cold, seat heating driver's seat and electric adjustment of left door mirror are out of order. There is a slight rattling from the steering column gaiters, which are new but would benefit from being lubricated. Original stereo included together with original emblems.

Exterior condition
Smart and proper, but the owner has focused mainly on a chassis-technical renovation. There is one item left to sort cosmetically. The 4WD version was manufactured by Magna-Steyr in Austria, apparently with better rust protection and is identified by an X in the chassis number. The panels have been replaced and the car resprayed approximately 10 years ago. All jack points are intact and free from rust. The tailgate will in due course need to be replaced or repaired, according to the owner. Original wheels with a few minor scuff marks.

Uncommon model in reliable mechanical condition with extensive work carried out. Some exterior refinement left for those wishing to perfect the outer finish.

Facts about the model
Furthermore a 5-speed automatic gearbox with the permanent all-wheel drive 4-Matic, whose system was partially assembled at Magna Steyr's facility in Graz. The model offered a unique blend of discreet luxury, powerful performance and enormous load space, but also shares the history with other W210 vehicles regarding susceptibility to surface rust and complex electrical systems.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
