Description
This 1976 Laguna S-3 is from another planet amid the oil crises breakout in 1973.
The new emission rules in Sweden from the 1th of January 1976 made importers register some 1976 cars without the emission control (that decreased the power of the engine) as 1975b models.
Technical data
Condition
-
Mechanical condition
Good V8 sound, even though it does not correspond with the power. The car is equipped with typical 1970's hi-jackers rear shocks. A little ticking noise can be heard from the automatic gearbox at idling, but disappears as soon as some momentum comes from the engine.
-
Interior condition
Rather tidy interior with a good original feeling. The so called swivel bucket seats are also a typical feature of the time.
-
Exterior condition
Original paint with some patces of repaint. The current owner is fan of funny stickers och bling-bling, but all these are easy to remove if so wished.
-
General condition
A truly representative example from a time when the American car industry had some very odd answers to market. There were not many cars sold in Sweden at this time, and this is one of the few.
