Description
As recently as May this year, the car received a service that included fresh engine oil and filter, new brake fluid, and new transmission oil. The extensive collection of receipts accompanying the car demonstrates just how meticulously it has been maintained. A number of inspection reports are also included, and in recent years the owner has received a “gold star for a well-maintained vehicle” during inspections carried out by Opus.
The car’s next inspection is due no later than November 30 this year. The original owner’s manuals and service book are included, along with two sets of keys.
In its current condition, the new owner will not need to do anything other than enjoy a beautiful car powered by a truly outstanding engine.

Mechanical condition
The car starts and runs exactly as this high-performance version of the CLS should. Basic electrical functions, including the lights, climate control system, sunroof, and windshield wipers, were all found to be working at the time of inspection and test drive. More advanced systems, such as the ESP, were not tested.
The owner states that the radio function of the infotainment system occasionally shuts down intermittently.
The tires have legal tread depth and were last replaced in 2022. -
Interior condition
The low mileage is reflected in the interior, which remains in very good condition throughout. There is no damage to the upholstery, door panels, or headliner.
The luggage compartment shows only a few light scratches on the floor, which are likely unavoidable given the material used to line the cargo area. -
Exterior condition
The bodywork retains a deep gloss and shows very few signs of use. A small number of stone chips are present on the hood and windshield.
The driver's side mirror has two minor paint imperfections on the side facing inward toward the bodywork – please refer to the photos. -
General condition
Although this Mercedes is not yet 20 years old, it already possesses qualities that are becoming increasingly rare. The bodywork is elegant, while the engine delivers a level of raw, naturally aspirated muscle that modern cars often struggle to replicate.
This particular example has been exceptionally well cared for, and the fact that it has had just one owner from new and has been used exclusively during the summer months are two significant advantages.

Facts about the model
Technically, the CLS was based on the E-Class, and the first generation carried the internal designation C219. The CLS was offered with a range of engine options, and the auction vehicle represents the most powerful version ever produced.
In 2006, the CLS 63 AMG was introduced, powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine producing 514 horsepower. In July 2010, the final C219 rolled off the production line at Mercedes-Benz’s factory in Sindelfingen, Stuttgart. By then, more than 170,000 examples of the first-generation CLS had been built.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
