Condition
-
Mechanical condition
The engine and drivetrain run smoothly. The air suspension is fully functional, though there may be a suspected minor leak at one of the fittings.
-
Interior condition
The interior is about halfway finished. The seats are upholstered in vinyl, with some cracks appearing on the front seats, while the rear looks good.
The door and side panels—appearing to be original and in good condition—are included. The steering column is from a Chevrolet S-10. A manual pressure gauge is installed for the Ridetech system, but the display panel has not yet been connected. -
Exterior condition
The body is in an unfinished state, with parts more loosely test-fitted than finely adjusted and aligned. The frame and body are in good, rust-free condition. There is some surface rust in places, but overall, the body is very solid.
The modifications are extensive. The entire frame has been replaced, with the front section sourced from a Chevrolet S10, featuring disc brakes and a steering column. The frame has been fitted with new mounts for air suspension, a 350 engine, and an automatic transmission.
The grille has been modified with an additional lower bar, and the rear end has been rounded at the bottom. The trunk area has been partially rebuilt, with some older repairs visible near the rear edge.
New electric windshield wipers and arms have been installed. A variety of trim pieces and details are included, including a brand-new rubber seal for the windshield. The car has two new batteries, and the rear tires are new. -
General condition
This car is at a stage where the build can go in any direction. A fun and solid project car, with the more challenging work already completed.
