Description
This car has been a collector's item since the 1990s, when it was repainted and the engine was tuned with a sharper cam and larger exhaust ducts. Simultaneously, it gained period-appropriate aesthetics, including a sports steering wheel, more gauges, a tachometer, billiard ball buttons, additional lights, and dual antennas. In addition, there is a towbar. The car has only had five owners, the most recent for ten years, where it was part of a bigger car collection and seldom driven. The car is now back on the road and has been serviced. At the same time, it received a new battery, new tires, and new calipers and pads. The car was just inspected/MOT'd and passed with flying colors.
What we like about this Amazom is the driving experience it provides. The engine has good traction, is quite nimble (estimated at just over 100Hp versus the original 75Hp), and is well positioned on the road, stable, and pleasant. The body is in good condition, all shut lines and gaps are correct, all moldings are in place, and so on. There is no rust damage and no past repairs. Underneath, it's almost as good as new. The decor is very nice. Original upholstery, headliner, and carpets in excellent condition.

One of the more impressive Amazons we've driven. It piqued my interest to test drive it on a winding country road.

Interior condition
Complete and nice. The upholstery in the front and back, as well as the headliner, is great. Extra instruments and buttons have been fitted, easy to change if needed. There is no radio or audio, however there are speakers in the doors.

Exterior condition
There are some small scratches and chafing. No damage, no rust. original repair paint included. A polish and the car will be in top condition on the outside. Notes: The glass on the mirror on the passenger side is cloudy. The bumper corner on the right rear has some flakes in the chrome. Better, undamaged corner included (see picture).

General condition
It's the ideal collector car because it's both attractive and enjoyable to drive. There is nothing that needs to be fixed; everything functions as it should. Have fun driving it the way it is.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
