It passed a fresh inspection on September 12, 2025, without any remarks. The car is delivered with two keys fitting all locks, original tools, jack, and a spare wheel with a classic Baroque rim. While the car has not been inspected on a lift by us, a trusted friend of the owner who attended the inspection confirms that everything appears completely normal underneath.
Technical data
Condition
-
Mechanical condition
The engine runs very quietly and smoothly, and the gearbox shifts with the typical refinement you expect from Mercedes. All technical functions are in proper working order, except for the A/C. As a bit of period charm, the car is fitted with a period-correct Mobira telephone as well as a Clarion E914 cassette stereo.
-
Interior condition
Incredibly well-preserved interior, with fine leather upholstery, well-kept panels, and a clean headliner. All technical functions are in proper working order, including the electric sunroof.
-
Exterior condition
Overall in very fine condition. Parts of the car may possibly have been repainted at some point during its life, but if so, the work was carried out to a very high professional standard. Bumpers, glass, and light units are all in excellent condition. The Baroque wheels are also in fine shape, with good tread depth on the tires (Michelin/Nokia). They are somewhat aged but show no signs of cracking.
-
General condition
In summary, this car is a true rarity, and the owner’s wish is that it will find the right hands. Well worth preserving and caring for, just as it always has been.
