Description
The odometer currently reads 50,970 km. A low-mileage car.
The car has mainly had 7 keepers. A light going-over and possibly a service are recommended ahead of the visit to the inspection station. The last passed inspection took place in August 1999, when the odometer read 50621 km. Owner's manual, a new belt in Volvo packaging, touch-up paint, and one flat hubcap are included.
What makes this car special is the continuously variable Variomatic transmission, which is truly fully automatic with its centrifugal clutch and V-belt drive in fine combination with a differential lock. Push the lever forward and the car goes forward. Pull the lever back and the car goes the other way, actually just as fast as forward. A fun and unusual vehicle that quickly earned the nickname "remjohan" among the Swedish people.

Intact and attractive dashboard, nice door panels and headliner. The seats are nice and in good condition for their age. See the pictures. Nice trunk with original rubber mat. Loose plastic cover for the driver's seat, see picture.
-
Exterior condition
Partially repainted with minor differences in shade. There are some minor paint spots in a blue color, mainly on the left front fender, see pictures. At the rear of the left rocker panel there is damage, see pictures, and the rear bumper has a minor dent, see picture. A small rust spot is visible on the body near the right side of the rear bumper.
