Description
The car has never had any serious rust damage. It was restored about 12 years ago in the U.S. and remains in excellent condition both inside and out, as well as underneath and mechanically.
The car has had both the body and interior professionally restored, as well as the engine, transmission, and brakes. In addition, there have been several upgrades that make it more drivable and enjoyable on the road.
Engine: 383 Stroker (around 330 hp) with Lunati aluminum heads, Woodo cam. Lift 486"/489" duration 262 degrees/268 degrees. Hydraulic lifters. Edelbrock intake. Edelbrock 600 carburetor. Edelbrock mini starter, Hedman headers. Champion aluminum radiator. Transmission: TH350 automatic.
Interior: Impala SS Bucket seats, SS center console, Iditit steering column. Front suspension: Global West with power brakes and front disc brakes, as well as power steering. Rear axle: Open diff, 3.08 gearing, sway bar, and Monroe Hi-Jackers in the rear. New fuel tank.
The car comes with a binder of inspection and service records, among other things. SS (Super Sport) was a sports package, with the largest engine and accessories that could be ordered when buying new. During the restoration, this car was fitted with SS suspension, emblems, seats, and center console to resemble an SS model.
The odometer reads 89,290.8 miles. Since the car has been completely restored, we cannot assess the true mileage. Since the last vehicle inspection in 2017, the car has been driven 4,000 miles (just over 600 km) without any issues, according to the previous owner. The car is in excellent condition inside and out, with nothing in particular to note. It's ready to be used.

Mechanical condition
The car starts immediately and rolls and shifts smoothly. It handles well on the road. Good engine power and excellent brakes. Power steering is a plus. Newer chrome rims and fresh tires.

Interior condition
Nice new interior as part of the renovation 12 years ago. Still in top condition. The radio is located under the dashboard, hence the holes for the original placement are uncovered. The folding parts of the sport seats have dots/oxidation on the chrome. Newer sports steering wheel with a wooden rim. The original steering wheel is in the trunk. The door sill plates are a bit scratched (see pictures). The headliner looks good but is not completely taut (normal).

Exterior condition
The car looks very good. New moldings and bumpers among other things as part of the renovation. Good paint without scratches or rust. However, some sink marks and scratches under the paint can be discerned on top of the hood if you look closely.

General condition
Nice car that is ready to use. Just turn the key. Updated with better radiator and carburetor, as well as better heads, brakes, suspension, and steering, making the car very nice to drive, even over longer distances. However, it is no longer completely original, but the benefits outweigh this in our assessment.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
