Description
This particular car is now being sold on behalf of the owner’s estate. The late owner had the car for at least 20 years but never managed to complete the build. According to the family, it was running and driving more than ten years ago, but it was never finished or registered.
It’s an ideal winter project for someone who wants to complete the build and have a fun car on the road next year. The car appears to be virtually complete, fitted with what seems to be a Ford Pinto engine (likely 1.6 or 2.0 litre). We have not attempted to start the engine, but it turns over when the car is pushed in gear. All body panels, interior components, a new roof, tonneau cover, and various spare parts are included.
The car has never been registered or inspected, giving the buyer the choice of completing the original build or using it as a solid base for a custom project. A great starting point with plenty of potential for the right enthusiast.

Mechanical condition
The engine and gearbox are already installed, along with many other key components. The engine is a Ford Pinto fitted with twin Weber carburetors and should not take much effort to get running for someone with the right knowledge. The car rolls easily and sits on a good set of five-spoke alloy wheels with usable tires, but it will need to be collected on a trailer.

Interior condition
Interior is basic, featuring two bucket seats currently fitted, along with an additional pair of plastic Super 7 seats included. A new carpet set is supplied but not yet installed. The wooden dashboard panel is already in place with gauges fitted. Also included are a new roof and a tonneau cover.

Exterior condition
The car is essentially complete, with the body and frame fully built. However, the plastic wheel arches, front wings, and nose cone are not yet fitted, and the roll bar and bonnet are only loosely installed. It will need some additional fitting work and a full review before it’s ready. From what we can see, everything required for completion appears to be included with the car.

General condition
This car comes with a very low valuation, making it an excellent opportunity to either finish the build or use it as the base for another project. Even if you were to strip it for parts, the components alone represent great value for money.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
