Description
This Cortina De Luxe is equipped with a tow bar approved for 850 kg. It has fared exceptionally well from rust which is probably due to the anti-corrosion treatment that you can see traces of.

The Ford Cortina Mk I was manufactured between 1962 and 1966. It was replaced by Cortina MK II in the autumn of 1966. The MK I was manufactured with different engines, 1198 cc, 1498 cc and a twin cam engine from Lotus. It was available as a two-door, four-door and a station wagon that customers could choose from. If you wanted a tuned street car that could be easily adapted for racing use, the Lotus Cortina was appropriately selected. It differed greatly from the usual Cortina through its engine, aluminum panels as well as its custom chassis.

Not started after many years of downtime, Engine goes around; Keys are missing and rolls nicely.

Good condition but the seams on the driver's seat need fixing. There are no keys to the car so we haven't been able to open the boot.

Mainly in good condition with rust damage left front wing and spare wheel well. Anti-corrosion treatment visible externally on the body panels.

Facts about the model
Ford Cortina Mk I tillverkades mellan 1962 och 1966. Den ersattes av Cortina MK II hösten 1966. MK I tillverkades med olika motorer, 1198 cc, 1498 cc samt en twincam motor från Lotus. Den fanns som tvådörrars, fyrdörrars samt en stationsvagn som kunderna kunde välja på. Ville man ha en trimmad gatbil som lätt gick att anpassa för tävlingsbruk valde man lämpligtvis Lotus Cortinan. Den skiljde sig mycket från den vanliga Cortinan genom sin motor, aluminium paneler samt sitt anpassade chassi.

- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
