A BMW 2000 CA, Coupé, here in great condition with new paint and new leather and thick carpets inside.
The first owner bought the car to be able to glide around in a BMW Coupé with automatic transmission. In the 60s, that convenience had not yet taken hold in Sweden, so he had to fight with the General Agent before he got help to take one home. Though he was rewarded for his effort and he got to have an unusual car on our roads.

Well-functioning and stable on the road. Nicely documented. A car that has been stored over a long period, so an inspection and service will be necessary.

Interior condition
With a freshly reupholstered leather interior in blue and lovely textile carpet on the floor matched with wood and chrome, the interior is very nice and harmonious.

New glossy repaint and glass in finely patinated original condition. The wheels and details are in harmony with the rest of the car.

A car in great condition with some renovation work done, and with some finishing touches, will be a really nice and beautiful representative of the 60s.

I skarven av 50/60-tal hade BMW
stora problem. Barockängeln var ålderdomlig och de små bilarna med MC-motorer sålde inte längre. Tyskland var snabbt på rejäl uppgång efter kriget och BMM var nu fel positionerade. Det ryktades tom om att Mercedes var intresserade av ett förvärv men istället steg en grupp investerare in, Quandt-gruppen.
Här skulle satsas, först ut i Neue Klasse var en fyradörrars sedanmodell, BMW 1500, som i rask takt följdes av motorstarkare 1800 och 2000. De erbjöds i olika versioner med olika förgasare, mekanisk insprutning och utrustningsnivåer med tilläggsepitet som Ti, Tii, Tilux mm.
Året 1965 presenterades en vacker Coupémodell, två dörrar och HT-design, enligt amerikanskt maner och en aggressivare omarbetad front. Varpå modellen snabbt fick smeknamnet Hajnos, av förklarliga skäl.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
