This Austin is in good condition, but has below average paint work and slight worn interior. The engine has been renovated and has a nice engine bay, the car needs a service and inspection.
A30 was Austin's first car with a self-supporting body and in order to compete with the Morris Minor.

Facts about the model

The Austin A30 is a small family car produced by Austin from May 1952 to September 1956. It was launched at the 1951 Earls Court Motor Show as the "New Austin Seven" and was Austin's competitor with the Morris Minor. A30 were the first BMC's four-cylinder A-engine with 803 cubic that came to be produced for nearly 50 years. A total produced 222 823 copies of A30. At launch the car cost £507, undercutting the Minor by £62
