The father bought the car back in 1994, already in fully renovated condition. Since then, it has only required routine maintenance and servicing, and has always been kept in excellent mechanical shape. The renovation had been carried out by a professional with impressive attention to detail—even the chassis frame was galvanized. Remarkably, the underside and bodywork still look as if the work was completed only a few years ago, a true testament to the high level of craftsmanship and care.
One key reason for its well-preserved condition is that it was always stored in the father’s heated garage, maintained at a constant 15°C.
Earlier history is harder to trace due to a lack of documentation, but a nameplate was found for a "Mr. Thommos" from Älvdalen, dated 1946, along with an old tax disc from 1959 from the same area. The car was re-registered in 1988 and later purchased by the father from the individual who had renovated it—also from Älvdalen.

Zustand technisch
The car recently had a check-up, including a brake service and a new battery. It starts up immediately, the engine runs and sounds great, and the engine bay is clean and well-kept. It drives well with a smooth gearbox, solid brakes, and a stable feel on the road. Fitted with nice wheels and good older tires. Various original parts are included—see pictures. It’s inspection-exempt forever and ready for its next owner.

Zustand Interieur
Interior remains in excellent condition, having been fully restored during the renovation. The seats and door cards were reupholstered in red plush fabric, and the headliner and rubber mats were also replaced. As a deluxe model, it features original details like a clock and cigarette lighter—high-tech features for the 1930s. The original dashboard and gauges are all in great condition.

Zustand Exterieur
Bodywork is undamaged, with no signs of rust and straight, well-fitting panels. The underbody still looks like new. The paint has a high-gloss finish with no cracks, and you’d have to look very closely to find even the smallest stone chip. The chrome all around is beautifully shiny, and the car is also fitted with a metal roof sunshade.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
