A van imported from the USA in 1991 by the current owner. Since then, it has only been driven a few hundred miles and has been meticulously cared for. All the classic details are in place: the spare tire on the rear door, the ladder up to the roof rack, and the red plush upholstery.

The car is in very good technical condition and was inspected around midsummer this year. It is registered as a light utility vehicle. The 6.2-liter V8 sounds wonderful, and the gears from the automatic transmission click in smoothly. All functions in the car work flawlessly. It also has a tow hitch.

The interior is in excellent condition. The carpets, door panels, seats, and headliner are like new. All instruments and functions work as they should.

The exterior of the car, like the rest of it, is in fantastic condition. The only issues found are a few scratches on the spare tire holder on the rear door, as well as some minor scratches and stone chips. The tires and rims are in great condition.

The finest 80s van I've seen in terms of condition. It has been well cared for both in the USA and by its sole owner here in Sweden.

In April 1970, GM introduced the third-generation G-series vans as 1971 model-year vehicles. This redesign marked a significant shift, adopting a front-engine configuration and adding a hood to the body. While utilizing a unibody chassis, the third-generation vans incorporated mechanical components from the second- and third-generation C/K pickup trucks.
Initial advertising in 1970 highlighted the van's interior space with the tagline "Chevrolet launches the space vehicle," referencing the U.S. space program. The advertisement featured the van appearing vertically on the page, mimicking a rocket launch.
Produced for 25 years, the third-generation G-series vans became one of the longest-produced vehicle platforms designed by General Motors.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
