This bubbla comes with an extensive collection of original documentation and history dating back to the 1970s, including a stamped service book and old inspection reports that confirm its mileage. The car remains in good original condition, although it has undergone some older repairs and partial repaints, particularly on the drivers door and front wing, where there is a slight difference in color shade. There is some older rust repair under the front bonnet on the inner right wing (see pictures). The interior is complete and original, with seat covers removed to show undamaged condition beneath the front seat covers.
This genuine car has a rich history, well-documented provenance, and continues to run and drive well. It can be enjoyed 'as is' for many years to come.

Zustand technisch
The car runs and drives well without any issues. The engine bay is complete and tidy, showing no signs of a loose or wobbly drive crank. Both the brakes and gearshift function properly, though regular driving would enhance its performance over time. The wheels are in good condition, although the tires are older.

Zustand Interieur
Interior of the car is complete and in good condition for its age, with well-maintained seats, carpets, door panels, dashboard, and headliner—all original. The car has always had seat covers on, a practice started during the grandmother's ownership. However, the padding in the driver's seat has become somewhat compressed.

Zustand Exterieur
The car received special Dintrol rust protection and underwent VW rust inspections in the 1970s. Although it has had some repairs and partial repainting, there are no major standout issues with rust on the bodywork. However, some rust repairs are noticeable in the front, which are average and may require future attention. The underbody floor is solid and undamaged, but there is older repair work on the inner front wings and slight rust in the frame seams and under the front lower valance (refer to pictures for details). The paintwork is generally fine, though some parts have been repainted, resulting in a slight color shade difference on the driver's door and wing. There are also a few normal paint chips touch ups and scratches. The chrome work remains good and bright.

Zustand gesamt
Most cars of this model have succumbed to rust over the years, making the "Big" model a particularly attractive and enjoyable car to own due to its rarity and condition. The car is overall nice and presentable, functioning well, and can be enjoyed as it is for many years. However, some targeted fixes and body repairs could enhance its appearance and value even further.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
