The current owner bought this car in 2022 in Märsta. The car was in good condition but needed some care in the form of service and a couple of rubber seals that had dried out. Since the car was imported to Sweden in its early years, the owner does not know much about its history. However, when inspecting the undercarriage, it is evident that the car has likely not been driven extensively during the winter.
During the current owner's time with the BMW, it has been well-maintained and serviced annually by him, primarily used during the summer months. In 2023, the car was fitted with brand-new Pirelli tires and new rear shock absorbers, and an Alpine stereo with Bluetooth was installed. In the summer of 2024, the car received new rear brake pads, and the fuel filter, as well as the engine, gearbox, and differential oils, were replaced. According to the owner, the car has been driven no more than 1000 km since the last oil change.
The car has passed the vehicle inspection every year under the current owner's care. It is delivered with summer tires in good condition and comes with two sets of keys.

Runs well in both engine and gearbox. The brakes engage evenly and effectively. All auxiliary equipment functions properly. Lacks a service book. No rattles or clunks.

The interior is in good condition. The soft top has a loose seam near the rear window (see picture), but otherwise, it is intact and fresh. Nice carpets and clean seats.

The paint is in good and normal condition for the car's age and mileage. There are a few small dents and stone chips on the body, primarily on the right door and right rear fender. Some curb rash on the wheels on the left side.

The Z3 emerged as a response—or an engaging trend—when the automotive world, following Mazda’s success with the Miata (primarily in the U.S.), sought to include a classic, affordable, and simple two-seater sports car in their model lineup. General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
