The owner then began repairs, mainly addressing rust, but unfortunately became ill before the work could be completed. The Cadillac has since remained stored in a garage for many years.
We have now transported the car to our depot. It rolls freely and we have refitted the spare wheel, with all four tyres currently holding air. No attempt has been made to start or test the car as there are no keys.
Rust repairs have been started to the driver and passenger-side floors. For the right buyer, this could be a basis for a full renovation, or alternatively a useful donor car providing many hard-to-find parts for another Cadillac project.

Zustand technisch
The engine, gearbox and drivetrain are all fitted to the car. No attempt has been made to start or test the car as there are no keys available, so the current mechanical condition is unknown. The car is therefore sold strictly as a renovation project we can help the buyer with loading at the our depot

Zustand Interieur
Interior is largely complete, although some of the floor carpets are missing. The front and rear bench seats are in good condition overall, as are the interior panels and door cards. The dashboard is complete with its original gauges and instrumentation still in place. The steering wheel shows some age-related cracking. Please see the detailed pictures.

Zustand Exterieur
Bodywork is straight overall with no notable dents. Visible rust can be found around the boot lid and in a few areas on the wings, while the main rust issue is in the floors where repair work will be required. The rubber seals around the windows are completely perished and will need replacing.
The paintwork has a generally matte, aged finish, with plenty of patina across the bonnet, roof and boot lid. The chrome work is generally in usable condition.
Anyone familiar with these old Cadillacs will know the value of a complete car like this. It is a very doable renovation project for the right buyer, while alternatively it offers plenty of useful and increasingly hard-to-find parts as a donor car. Please see the detailed pictures. -
Zustand gesamt
Endless possibilities for the right buyer — renovate it, use it as a donor, or build something unique. Similar parts cars in the USA can cost around $5,000–7,000 before shipping. A cheap and useful project already here in Sweden.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
