A Volvo Amazon in pristine original condition with only 18580 km on the clock. Even the factory-supplied protective plastic is still on the inside of the passenger door. The car is also specially equipped, with an automatic transmission, a petrol heater, and a wide mudguards from the combi. The car is painted in its original color and has a very nice finish on all of its details. Nowadays, the car also has the unusual bumper horns made of rubber. There is also a radio with instructions, Bacho / Primus heaters, Volvo seat blankets, and many of the small accessories from the time, both original and aftermarket.
The car was owned by the first owner from November 1967 to June 2008, and he drove just under 13,000 kilometers during that time.
According to the current owner, the old adage "the car is only driven to and from church on Sundays" is correct. For more than 40 years, it was primarily driven to and from the church, and only on dry roads. Otherwise, the car was parked in the garage.

Största nyheterna på Volvo Amazon 1968 var den delade rattstången och den nya säkerhetsratten som gav vika vid en kollision. Bilarna fick nu bromsservo och den lilla ratten på stolarna för att enkelt kunna reglera svankstödet. Nytt för året var också antireflexbehandlade torkararmar.
I slutet av 1967 upphörde tillverkningen av alla fyrdörrars Amazoner men tvådörrarsversionen tillverkades ända fram till 1970. Under 60-talet var Amazon Volvos stora volymbil och en stor framgång både i Sverige och på en rad exportmarknader, uppskattad för sin kraftiga konstruktion och pålitlighet.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
