A classic "Buckel-Volvo" B18 Sport from the first series made in the autumn 1961, which makes it a class winner in the FIA Historic classes up to 1961. This car has a competition record that dates back to the 1960's in both rallies and track events. Most recently it won the Swedish Historic Racing Championship back-to-back-years in the hands of Bengt Qvist, a keen Volvo PV-builder and driver. Since then it has been equipped to be ready to compete in historic asfalt rally events like the Tour Auto. The FIA Historic Technical Passport is just renewed for ten more years, and the specification of the drivetrain is taken right up to the homologation limits, with a rear-wheel output of 145 hp, four speed transmission and rear axle with difflock.

Responsive and plenty of grunt in the engine. The steering has that wanted tight feeling which otherwise is not so common in a Volvo PV.
