This past weekend saw two of the year’s biggest car events: the Vallåkra meet outside Helsingborg and VROM, the Volvo meet in Gothenburg. We at Bilweb Auctions were on site, and our impression is that both gatherings had more visitors and more exhibited cars than last year.
- Yes, there were huge crowds and thousands of cars at both events. It’s fantastic to see such strong interest in classic cars. Several customers came up to us and told us how satisfied they were with cars they had purchased through our auctions — something we are very grateful for. We also made new contacts with future sellers and buyers,” says Michael Luft, appraiser at Bilweb Auctions.
